God’s Grace

My faith is so important to me. When I first accepted Christ I wore my faith in your face. I was obnoxious.

I didn’t mean to be, I just wanted everyone to know how Christ had changed my life.

Preaching hell and damnation does not draw people to Christ.

God’s grace. God’s love. Christ’s sacrifice.

Christ living in me is now how I try to share my faith.

Several years ago I had a co-worker ask me what was the difference with me. She asked why I had such peace. I shared Christ with her. Soon she was praying and accepting Christ in her life. What a beautiful honor and privilege!

Now I’m working at a new place.

Do my co-workers recognize there is something different in me? And is that difference positive? Am I drawing others to Christ?

I pray the answer is yes. If not, Lord, show me where I need to change. Lord, I pray I am the servant you envision me to be.

“God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.”
1 Peter 4:10 (NLT)
