Whether you drive a car, walk everywhere OR fly to work as I do…the mystery surrounding the missing Malaysian Flight has everyone stumped.
Speculations have run rampant. It now appears they were hijacked.
Usually kidnappers are quick to communicate…expressing their demands, but this is not the case.
Will we ever know the truth?
As we sit in the comfort of our homes and businesses, commute by train, air, or car…let us pause for a moment of prayer for those aboard that flight and their friends and family.
I cannot understand the mentality of those who harm strangers in order to make a point.
I cannot imagine what emotional pain those waiting to hear what happened to their loved one are experiencing.
When I was in elementary school we memorized the 23rd Psalm. It really didn’t make sense.
Today it does. Times such as these make His Words like a soothing balm for a shattered soul.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. (Psalm 23:4 NIV)
Will we ever have the answers? Maybe not.
If you have a loved one on this plane allow God to minister to you.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Selah There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. (Psalm 46:1-4 ESV)
